3. Disclaimer clause that wannaXchange.com^® is not liable for any defective products x-change in the process. The website is only a platform to facilitate the x-change process to take place.

4. In the event that you pursue any right, claim or action against any other user, you agree to do so without the involvement of wannaXchange.com^®. You agree not to make any claims of liability, damages, losses, costs or expenses against wannaXchange.com^® (or its owners, employers or agents).

Disclaimer

1. wannaXchange.com^® (including its owners, employees or agents) will not be liable for any economic loss (including loss of revenues, profits, business or property), any loss of goodwill or reputation, any loss of data, or any special, indirect or consequential damages (however arising, including negligence) arising out of or in connection with this disclaimer.

2. wannaXchange.com^® (including our owners, employees or agents) has no liability of any sort (including negligence) for the acts or omissions made by providers of infrastructure services or for faults in or failures of their service.

3. All transactions carried out on the site shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law and the Singapore courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation thereto.

Protection

4. This agreement is between wannaXchange.com^® and the user, a person who is not a party to this has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any part of it.

5. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or publicly display any content other than your own personal information from the Site without prior written permission of wannaXchange.com^® and where applicable that of its suppliers, or partners.

6. You agree that your details may be disclosed to parties and new owners of the business if wannaXchange.com^® is sold to or merged with another business entity.

7. You are agreeable that wannaXchange.com^® can take appropriate action (including suspension or termination of your registration/removal of your listings and other actions) where we believe you have breached this user agreement.

8. A failure on our part to act in a particular breach of this agreement does not waive our right to act in any subsequent breach(s). In the interest of users, WannaXchange.com^® terms and condition in this User Agreement will kept up to date so that they remain effective and enforceable. In the event that any part of this User Agreement becomes unenforceable the enforceability of any other part of this agreement will not be affected.
